Anyone seeking to buy sex anywhere in the Lone Star State has always risked arrest, because any aspect of prostitution is illegal in Texas. If escort service clients perceive there is no criminal liability to having inappropriate contact with escorts, it opens up a host of possibilities and dangers. Will this perception render the stated boundaries meaningless?
